Longview Luxe Retreat

The door handle needs to be pulled towards you when turning the key to open the door. When locking it the key needs to be turned anti clockwise before turning it clockwise in order to work. A bit of a faff; I had to ring the host to help gain access for the first time. Host arrived very quickly to assist. Bed is very firm and the pillows are not the best. Cutlery could do with replacing. Otherwise all good.

A comfortable well equipped apartment in a quiet location. Positive: Comfortable, modern and clean. Good facilities. Quiet location just a short drive to the lake and 15 minute drive to Wanaka. Negative: The only slight issue was with the parking. The day we arrived we had difficulty parking near the property due to the number of cars parked outside. There’s limited space on the road. However, we did manage to get parked right outside later and had no further problems with parking subsequently.
